- VA VISN 19, Rocky Mountain Consolidated Contracting is seeking responsible contractors to provide blood and blood related products for Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center facilities' Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Services located in the following locations: Denver Colorado, Salt Lake City City Utah, Cheyenne Wyoming and Ft Harrison Montana. Products shall be supplied in suitable contaioners and delivered to a location to be specified within the ordering facility's premises for one base year with an additional option year available. The solicition will be avaliable on or about November 27, 2002 by requesting a copy IN WRITING ONLY by mail or facsimile from Glenda Walton, Contracting Officer, VISN 19 Rocky Mountain Consolidated Contracting Center, 4495 Hale Parkway, Suite 203, Denver CO 80220. Facsimile requests may be submiteted to (303) 393-4654. Web based proposals will NOT be accepted. Proposal due date is December 27, 2002.
