- Description
- Contractor shall provide services for design to upgrade and expand approximately 9500 square feet of existing emergency care spaces to meet current standards, requirements, and workloads. Design will include expansion of emergency room and triage spaces, and will address patient privacy deficiencies, while providing for more patient exam and treatment spaces, thereby reducing waiting/treatment times. Design is to include preparation of detailed phasing plan/sequence of operation for minimum disruption of hospital operations. Drawings shall be prepared in ACAD 2000 format. Estimated construction cost range is $1,800,000 and $2,500,000. Design to be completed within 182 calendar days after award. No construction contract may be awarded to the firm that designs the project. NAICS code 541310 applies. This is an unrestricted procurement and is subject to availability of funding. A/E firms should be located within a 75 mile radius of the Louisville Metropolitan area. Interested A/E firms must submit SF 254 & 255, in TRIPLICATE, to this office on or before January 17, 2003, 3:00PM Local (EST). See NN 24.
