- The INL Bureau is requesting offers for the puchase of equipment for export. This procurement is a small business set aside. The equipment to be acquired is a Digital X-Ray Receptor, preview workstation, preview 21" monitor, preview software, a stand, X-Ray tube, collimator, high frequency generator, CD ROM drive, 17" flat panel monitor, viewing station (2 sets), printer (2 sets), internet connection for 1 year, installation, technical and maintenance support for one-year, manufacturer's one-year warranty, and on-site training. The Government will make an award based on Best Value to the Government--to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the specifications and is most advantageous to the Government. A technical evaluation of all offers will be conducted by the Users. The technical performance capability of the machine is primary in this requirement. For those offers meeting all technical specifications, price and delivery time ARO will then be considered as evaluation factors. Note that the Government may award to other than the lowest priced offer. Vendors may include as a separate line item estimated freight charges to Miami, FL.
