- Description
- Bottles, Screw Cap, Polyethylene, Round, Wide Mouth, White Opaque (without closures); 100 cc with 38-400 neck finish; 300 cc with 45-400 neck finish; and 500 cc with 45-400 neck finish. Estimated annual usage is 5,000,000; 380,000; amd 71,000 bottles, respectively. A Requirements Contract will be awarded for a twelve-month period with two (2) one-year renewal options. Deliveries for 100 cc bottles will be required twice a month, deliveries on 300 cc and 500 cc bottles will be required once a month. This solicitation will be issued on or about December 16, 2002. Proposals will be due by COB January 15, 2003. NO TELEPHONIC REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
