Description

The USDA Forest Service, Olympic National Forest is seeking U.S. Manufacturers of steel pipe of various style, size and gauge. Following are descriptions of the type of product desired: Metallic coated corrugated steel pipe in sizes ranging from 36 to 144 inches in diameter. Pipes sized between 36 and 48 inches should be 16 gauge while pipes 48 inches and up should be either 12 or 14 gauge. Also sought are pipe arches of various sizes up to a 12-foot span. All pipes must conform to AASHTO M 36M and AASHTO M218, M274, or M289. Also Needed are Steel structural plate pipes 10 to 22 feet in diameter using 10 or 12 gauge steel. Steel structural plate structures must conform to AASHTO M 167M. Firms interested in providing the above mentioned products should submit to the Olympic National Forest Contracting Office information including but not limited to name, address, phone & fax number, and if possible a website and/or email address. Firms should also identify whether they are a small business in accordance with the size standards established by the Small Business Administration. The NAICS code for this industry is 421510 with a corresponding size standard of 500 employees.
