Description: The purpose and intent of this solicitation is for rental of refrigerated storage for conifer seedlings as follows: 1) an estimated 4000 square feet of refrigerated cooler storage for period January 2003 - April 2003; 2) an estimated 13,000 square feet of freezer storage space from January 2003 - April 2003, and 3) an estimated 1800 square feet refrigerated storage thaw room space from February 2003 - April 2003. Storage space must be LOCATED WITHIN A 25-MILE RADIUS of the J. Herbert Stone Nursery, 2606 Old Stage Road, Central Point, Oregon. Issue O/A December 4, 2002.
