- Description
- The project construction includes excavation and embankment, borrow excavation, construction of roads and parking areas, concrete masonry retaining walls, hot bituminous paving, toilet buildings, photovoltaic power systems, water and sewer systems and concrete sidewalks and curbs. SB Cove is located at Bartlett Lake, approximately 1 hour North and East of Phoenix, Arizona. Contract time is 180 calendar days. Solicitation will be issued and posted on FedBizOps on or about December 16, 2002 with bids due on January 16, 2003. Bid Guarantee, performance and payment bonds are required. Price range is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. NAICS Code 233310 applies.Size Standard is $28.5 million. Project will be procured on an unrestricted basis.
