- Solicitation Number SP0450-03-R-0297.:LTC02249001202, NSN 6850-01-253-6781, Unit of Issue is a 1 gallon Container. Corrosion Removing Compound. Anticipate a FFP Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with EPA Provisions, RFP, Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competition, Commercial for Corrosion Removing Compound, P/N 75448, Cage 05972 and P/N: Rust Eliminator 25842 or 32 Cage 61603, Shelf Life 12 Months. Solicitation will result in an IQC for one Year with an Option to extend the Terms for Four (4) Additional Years. Est. Annual Quantity is 1,007 Dr., FOB Origin for Line Item 0001, (DVDS) is for a Quantity 0f 604 Drums and FOB Destination for Stock Locations, Lines 0002 is for a Quantity of 201 Drums for AQ5. Tracy, CA , and Line 0003 is for a Quantity of 202 Drums for SRG, Richmond Depot Shipments, with Inspection and Acceptance, Destination, QAP 251. The Solicitation will contain EPA Provision and does not contain Progress Payment, Quantity Variance Plus 5% minus 5%, Delivery schedule is 45 Days for the first Delivery Order, 30 Days for DLA Stock Shipments and 13 Days ARO for DVDS, Surge requirement is not necessary. Automated Best Value System (ABVS): The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Solicitation. FEDBIZOPPS will be input approximately by November 22, 2002 with a Anticipated Issue Date of December 19, 2002 and a closing date of January 17, 2003.
