- NSN: 3020-01-415-7305 PR: YPC02308000751 Gear Set, Spur, Matched. This is an Army identified Critical Safety Item. Approved source is: Coltec Industries Inc. (11599) P/N 108422. Qty 38 ea to be delivered to SNC New Cumberland PA 120 days after date of award. Item 5001 maximum option quantity for NSN: 3020-01-415-7305 option qty 38 each. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 12-02-02 at http://dibbs.dsccols.com/rfp. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved source is: Coltec Industries (11599). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
