- Description
- Contractor to provide and operate one commercial designed automated retail fuel-dispensing facility and one commercial designed bulk fuel receiving and dispensing facility on Government-Furnished property located at Fort Carson, Colorado. The contractor shall be required to provide all manpower, equipment and material resources as necessary to provide and operate the automated fuel-dispensing facilities at Fort Carson. The facilities are required to be operational beginning September 1, 2003. The facilities and components shall be in compliance with all local, state, federal, EPA and safety standards. This procurement is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered.
