- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Format Subpart in 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The procurement is for: 2 ea. Assemble and deliver Fuel Turbine Pumps, Johnston 8AC,10 Stage, Liquid Seal and Fuel Pump Driver Motors. 2 ea. Install new Fuel Turbine Pumps and Driver Motors These solicitations, F7442722901000 and F7442722901100 are being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-09. The proposed solicitation listed here is unrestricted. This acquisition falls under the Standard Industrial Classification number 3694, the North American Industry Classification System 33632, and the Business Size Standard or number of employees under this code is 750. Vendor must be actively registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. Offers must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offers-Commercial. Offerors Interested parties please submit bids along with name and address of company, tax id number, company point of contact, telephone & fax number, and email address. Quotes without this provision completed will not be considered. FAR clause 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Item applies to this solicitation. FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, to include clauses: (b)(11),(12),(13),(14),(15),(16),(17),(22),(c)(1),(2):DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration. Clauses may be accessed electronically in full text through http://farsite.hill.af.mil. Quotes may be transmitted by email or FAX (707) 424-2712 and are to be received at the 60th Contracting Squadron no later than 4:30 PM PST on 29 Nov 02.
