- Description: See numbered notes 1, 9, and 26. NSN1095-01-259-9116, CONTROL, JETTISON, MINE DISPENSER, INTERFACE USED ON AN m139 MINE DISPENSER, to be procured in accordance with U.S.Army Drawing 19200 9396028 basic dtd 85 Nov 11 and numerous other drawings. The solicitation has numerous Specifications and QPL?s ? Contact Marcie Moore 614-692-7366. The solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract (IQC) with an estimated combined yearly quantity of 120 each to be shipped to DVD customers with CONUS and OVERSEAS and various stock locations. The FOB and Inspection Points are at Origin. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. Requested delivery is for 8 each in 300 days shipped to various stock locations within CONUS and DVDx in accordance with (UMMIPS) Uniform Materiel Movement and Issue Priority System, CONUS 2,5, and 12 days and OVERSEAS 7, 12, and 40 days. This requirement is set-aside 100% for Small Business. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp on its issue date 13 Sep 2002. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. A written offer is required to be returned to the address in block 8 of the RFP by the date and time specified, DIBBS quotes are not acceptable. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of factors as described in Section M of the solicitation.
