- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) THAT IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS. This project is being procured under Simplified Acquisition and Commercial Procedures. This project is to provide timber harvest-scheduling analysis for revising the forest plan of the Hoosier National Forest located in Indiana. The contractor shall build a timber harvest-scheduling model and provide analysis of the model. This solicitation will result in a best value, firm-fixed price contract.
