- THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Missile Defense Agency, Targets and Countermeasures (MDA/TC) Program Office will not conduct an Industry Day 2 as anticipated in the Industry Day Briefing dated 24 July 2002. If other briefings are to be conducted, information will be posted on FedBizOps. MDA is currently reviewing comments and questions regarding the Draft 1 Request for Proposal (D1RFP) No. HQ0006-02-R-0013 for the Targets and Countermeasures Prime Contract, which was posted to FedBizOps on 30 August 2002. MDA intends to post D1RFP questions and answers on FedBizOps. Questions and answers will only be made available through FedBizOps and are anticipated to be posted either prior to or with the release of the Draft 2 Request for Proposal (D2RFP). The schedule has been revised as follows. It is anticipated D2RFP will be released mid to late January 2003 and the final RFP will be released mid to late March 2003. Estimated contract award is 4th quarter fiscal year 03. The primary point of contact for this procurement is Ms. Dea Merchant, MDA/CTP.
