- Description
- This specification is a requirement for the printing, coating, binding, packing, labeling and delivery of a saddle-stitched pamphlet. Trim size 7 x 10, 24 pages plus cover printing four-color process, two pantone colors and a coating. Proofs are required. Deliver complete on or before February 13, 2003. OFFER THE MAXIMUM QUANTITY, INCLUSIVE OF PRELIMINARY AND MAKEREADY COSTS FOR A TOTAL OF $347,000.00. OFFERS MUST INCLUDE ALL MATERIALS AND OPERATIONS. THE CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED TO THE RESPONSIBLE BIDDER WHOSE OFFER, CONFORMING TO THE SOLICITATION, PROVIDES THE LOWEST OVERALL UNIT RATE, AFTER CONSIDERATION OF THE PROMPT PAYMENT DISCOUNT, TO THE GOVERNMENT. THE LOWEST OVERALL UNIT RATE WILL BE CALCULATED BY DIVIDING THE TOTAL PRICE AFTER DISCOUNT, IF APPLICABLE, BY THE TOTAL NUMBER OF COPIES OFFERED BY THE CONTRACTOR.
