- U.S. GOVERNMENT WANTS SPACE FOR LEASE MIAMI, FLORIDA The United States Government presently occupies 17,839 rentable square feet of space under a soon-to-expire lease in the Miami, Florida. The General Services Administration is conducting a competition for 17,839 rentable square feet of alternate space that must be of equal or better quality. The Government will relocate if consideration of economic and other factors are supportive including all relocation costs. The current renewal option rate is $19.00 per usable square foot per annum fully serviced. LOCATION: Space must be located within an area bounded by or fronting on the following streets: North: NW 36th Street East: Palmetto Expressway (826) South: Dolphin Expressway (836) West: Florida Turnpike (91) REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.
