- Description
- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking GSA schedule contractors who can manage and operate it's mailroom located at Comptroller of the Currency, Ombudsman's Office, 1301 McKinney Street, Suite 3725, Houston, TX 77002-5008. Duties shall be performed in OCC's Houston Office mailroom and shall include: maintaining all files ; operating all fax machines; retrieving bank responses from fax machines; preparing outgoing mail; and, processing all incoming mail. The contractor must have experience using the following equipment: automailer; meter mailer; postage weight scale; fax machine; copy machine; computer; mail opener; and scanner. The OCC estimates that this requirement can be fulfilled utilizing one full-time individual. Responses to this request must be in writing and faxed to Lisa S.
