- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to reissue a prior amendment which was incorrectly posted due to an error in the RFP number. The Small Business Set-Aside is dissolved and the requirement is based on full and open competition. Offerors are also reminded that the closing date for receipt of offers is 20 Nov 2002 at 12:00 Noon. Delivery methods for proposals are the sole responsibility of the vendor.
