- Description
- This is a notice of intent from the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) to issue a modification to existing contract N00019-00-C-0277, on an other than full and open competition to Northrop Grumman Corporation, San Diego, CA to procure and deliver one (1) replacement FireScout Ground Control Station in support of the FireScout Demonstration System. Northrop Grumman Corporation is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the FireScout UAV and is the only firm that possesses the knowledge, technical expertise and experience, data and understanding of its design and system architecture. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Subcontracting opportunities may identify their technical capabilities and submit information to the attention of Ms. Lynda Frattone or Mr. Michael McLoughlin.
