Description

The US Geological Survey, Security Office, has a requirement for contractor to provide and place 66 Jersey Barriers, in the parking lot of US Geological Survey located in Reston, VA. There is 792 LF of Jersey Barriers needed (66 at 12 feet in length). Barriers are for an initial one year period with three option years. Jersey Barriers shall have a clean look about them. This may require painting the barriers with a good quality grade exterior paint to withstand various weather conditions. Quotes are being requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) 03HQQQQ0010 posted on Electronic Commerce. Details may be viewed on the Department of Interior's Business Opportunites Web Page at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. The posted RFQ contains a description of the service, and all applicable clauses. All vendors who can meet this requirement, are invited to submit electronic quotes for this posted RFQ. A written solicitation for this requirement will not be issued. THIS ACQUISITION WILL BE MADE UNDER THE SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION THRESHOLD OF $100,000.00. NAICS Code for this requirement is 324121. Quotes are due by close of business on Tuesday, November 26, 2002.
