- U.S. Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials for the drilling, casing, development, testing, and disinfecting of a well. Estimated depth of well is 550 feet. A site visit will be conducted at 0900 hrs. (MST) on/about December 10, 2002. Offeror must be licensed to perform this type of work in the state of Arizona and provide proof prior to award. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Siimplified Acquisition Procedures. Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on/about December 4, 2002. Award of a firm-fixed-price order with a performance period of 60 days will be made on/about January 6, 2003. SIC Code 1781, NAIC 235810, Size Standard of $11.5 million. Contractor will be required to provide a performance bond of 100% of the contract price. The BLM is using Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue RFQs and award information. The web site is http://ideasec.nbc.gov.
