NA This synopsis is being amended to re-instated Lord Corp, Cage Code: 76005, is a tested source. Lord Corp was removed from sector 2800 due to error on the contractor?s part. Lord Corp is being reinstate as an approved supplier. This requirement is for P RON: AX2C0178AX, NSN: 3040-01-206-3925, PN: 234R2088-2, Quantity: Contract Minimum Quantity: 200 each and Maximum 600 each, with five year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the CH-47 Airframe. This item is restri cted to Boeing Helicopters, Div of The Boeing Co, RT 291 and Stewart Ave, Ridley Park, PA 19078-1099, Cage Code: 77272 and Fenn MFG Co Inc, 300 Fenn Rd., Newington, CT 06111, Cage Code: 82001. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. R equired delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 200 each 360 days after contract award (DACA). Required delivery without FAT is 200 each 240 days after contract award. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity?s procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. This is a Flight Safety Part. ?THIS ACQUISITION CONTAI NS TECHNICAL DATAWHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.? The closing date a nnotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
