- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitaion will not be issued. Solicitaion number is DAHA23-03-T-0007, Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and cclauses are those in effect through FAC 01-09. This solicitation is 10 0% set-aside for small business, under NAICS code 336413. Requirement is for eleven each mobile hydraulic power units, required to provide external hydraulic power on aircraft during maintenance. Part numbers are to be used for referenced. The functional ity and performance are to be similiar to Tronair Model number 05-7023-1200. We need seven each with 208 volt/60Hz and four each with 220 volt/60Hz. Minimum Specifications of: Kit coupling hydraulic (PN: KHC-1004); 10 horse power motor; two sets of 25 fo ot hoses; dual system; hourmeter' temperature gage; return filter with clogging indicator (10 micron nominal); removable cabinet; conversation quiet operation (75 dba); heat exchanger with electric fan; pressure compensated pump with adjustable flow and pr essure controls; pressure gauge; flowmeter; bypass dump valve; reservoir selector valve; input power cord (50 ft); minimum of 5 year warranty on motor; and heavy duty starter with overload protection and external manual reset button. Please provide price quote to include shipping fob destination one each to eleven different locations in the United States. Partial deliveries and partial invoicing will be accepted. The government will have a preferred 'order of shipping' for each location, which will be provided to the successful offeror.
