- NA Provide Help Desk Operations Support using technically qualified personnel trained to provide rapid problem resolution assistance to supported end-users. The support shall include Level I and Level II response via telephone communications and hands-on sup port to network and end-user problems. The contract will be awarded for a basic 12-month period, plus two 12-month options periods. Starting date: 1 JAN 03 ? 31 DEC 06. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. Vendor office location required within a 100-m ile radius of Performance Site. The solicitation can be obtained from the Georgia Army National Guard Web Site http://www.starc.dod.state.ga.us/ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp. POC is Brenda Owens.
