- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are requested; however, a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number DABJ25-03-T-0007 is applicable and is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-03. The requirement is small business set-aside with a NAICS Code of 441310, SIC Code 5013, and size standard of $6.0. Manufacturer is General Motors. The description of the commercial item is as follows: Clin 0001: Cylinder Heads , for HMMWV 6.2 conversion from dirty burn to clean burn, 120 each. State if there is a core charge and if so, the dollar amount. State if FOB is Destination or Origin. If Origin, state shipping charges. Delivery is to be approximately 1-2 weeks after r eceipt of order to DOL Central Receiving Point, Fort Lewis, WA 98433-9500. Any award resulting from this request for quotations will be made to a responsive, responsible quoter using a SF1449 form. Quotes will be evaluated on a lowest price. Award will b e made on an ?all or none? basis. If quotes are provided for an ?equal? item, specifications must be submitted. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. An addendum to this provision is applicable, in wh ich the term ?offeror? (whenever it appears) shall be replaced with the term ?quoter?. Quoters are required to submit completed copies of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their quotes. FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and does not include any addenda. Far clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders, Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The following clauses within 52.212-5(b) are applicable to this acquisition: 52.222.21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.222-19, 52.232-33. The following clause within DFARS clause 252.212-7001(b) is applicable to this acquisition: 252.225-7001. DFARS clause 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration is applicable to this acquisition.
