- This is a requirement for overhaul. The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and all material to accomplish overhaul, test, packing, preservation and packaging of the below listed hydraulic pump. A firm fixed price type contract is contemplated. The items and quantities are as follows: Item 0001: Overhaul NSN 4320-00-808-8864HS; P/N: AA605585L6D; Noun: Hydraulic Pump; Applicable to T 39; Quantity 2 each. Item 0003: Over and Above Work; Item 0004: Data IAW DD1423s. Deliveries are to be in accomplished 30 days after receipt of the order and reparables. Ship to instructions will be received from the Production Management Specialist prior to shipment. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 4 Dec 2002. NOTE: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
