- Amendment 0004 to PRDA 00-03-PRK. The Air Force Research Laboratory, Propulsion Directorate, Power Division (AFRL/PRP) is amending the solicitation for the third call requesting proposals for the following topic area ? Lithium Ion Battery Technology. The over-arching objective of this topic is the advancement and further development of lithium ion battery technology for use in military applications.
