- This is to purchase a Pavement Cutter and Pavement Crack Sealer. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. This action is a small business set aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333120 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 19 November 2002 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.fedbizops.gov.
