- The James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, Mountain Home, Tennessee is soliciting proposals under solicitation number 621-03-14 to provide a 2/8th FTE Psychiatrist. Period of Performance is date of award through September 30, 2003, with the option to extend the contract for two (2) additional one year periods. NAICS is 621112.
