- Description
- The Louis Stokes Cleveland (LSC) Department of Veterans Affairs Medic= al Center (DVAMC) has a requirement for Commercial Asbestos Abatement Services. The solicitation shall be issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ) 541-022-03 and prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13. This is a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562910 and the size standard is $11.5 million (annually). The selected contractor shall provide Emergency and Non-Emergency Asbestos Abatement Services to the LSC DVAMC which encompasses two (2) facilities, e.g., Brecksville Facility, 10000 Brecksville Road, Brecksville, Ohio 44141 and the Wade Park Facility, 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio 44106 and in accordance to the Statement of Work. The period of performance for the Base Year is January 01, 2003 through September 30, 2003 with four (4) one-(1) year options for renewal.
