Description

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will compete under the terms of OMB Circular No. A-76 a Contractor versus Government Performance study to determine if the FDA in-house Web Publishing service should be converted to a commercial service. This requirement will be competed as a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE, limited to eligible small business concerns. It is anticipated that if a contract is awarded it will run for a one year base period, with four (4) one year option periods. The RFP and all amendments will only be available on the FedBizOpps web page at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading the RFP and all attachments. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps web page for the release of the solicitation and amendments. The RFP should be available for downloading on/about fifteen (15) days after the publication of this announcement. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 541511 and the size standard is $21,000,000.00 in average annual receipts for the previous three (3) years.
