- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Center for Health Statistics, intends to conduct negotiations on a sole source basis with A/C Diagnostics, LLC, 7917 Ostrow Street, San Diego, CA 92111, to provide laboratory testing for Vitamin B6 from plasma from participants one year of age and older for the National Health and Nutrition Examination Surveys in 2003-2004.
