- Description
- This is a notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with DWS International, Inc. for the purchase of a previously leased Klein 5410 Side Scan Sonar with Multibeam. The government intends to award a firm fixed priced contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the existing agency requirements. Interested offerors may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement in writing to Abram Vinikoor, NOAA, WASC, 7600 Sand Point Way NE, Seattle, WA 98115, or by email to Abram.L.Vinikoor@noaa.gov by December 9, 2002. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
