Description
PR No: LTC02305002763; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Panel Heat Assembly for a C-5ircraft. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. There are five approved sources of supply Aero Metal Forms (3T761), Aero Components (59213), CPI Aerostructures (9U679), AIW-Alton (84027), GSE Dyanamics (29183). The award will be for a base year and four option years. The NSN, Part Number and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: 1560-00-239-1521; 4P31017-101B Rev B AEQ = 31 base year and 20 for any option years. Delivery: FOB Origin, Acceptance is Origin, 180 days AFAA. Government First Article Testing required; 2 each at 120 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is December 2, 2002, anticipated award date is February 27, 2003. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
