- U.S. GOVERNMENT SOLE SOURCE ANNOUNCEMENT, N.E. METRO ATLANTA, GA. This serves to provide notice that the U.S. Government intends to negotiate a sole source procurement for a lease of approximately 80,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously usable) square feet of space at Century Center Office Park for the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The CDC recently took occupancy in a newly constructed building at this location. Not all of the divisions of The Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) would fit into the new building. The Management Analysis and Services Office (MASO) also needs to be co-located with this organization as well as the CDC Bioterrorism function. These Divisions interact on programmatic issues on a daily basis. The close proximity of these two buildings is essential in maintaining the integrity of this programmactic interaction. LEASE TERM: Approximately thirteen (13) years, eleven (11) months / eight (8) years, eleven (11) months firm. This term would run coterminous with the newly constructed building at the office park.
