- Description
- The proposed contract action is for services for which the Navy intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego intends to negotiate and award a contract for mission planning, operations, data processing and data interpretation in support of the Coherent Doppler Wind Lidar System for the Center for Interdisciplinary Remotely Piloted Aircraft Studies at Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA. Period of performance will be a base year and four option years. Note 22 applies.
