- Description
- Contractor shall provide (2) certified perfusionists to perform cardiopulmonary perfusion services at Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, Indianapolis, Indiana. NAICS Code is 621999. Small Business Size Standard is $5.0 million. This procurement is issued on an unrestricted basis. The period of performance is for a one-year base period with two, one-year options. Services are expected to commence O/A 2/1/03. Solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Contract award is subject to the availability of current fiscal year funding. Solicitation will be available O/A 11/27/02. Only written requests on company letterhead for solicitation package will be accepted. No telephone requests will be honored. Requested may be faxed to 317/554-0200 and directed to the attention of Kathy Kaler. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by VA.
