- Description
- Removal and replacement of 9 fan coil heating and cooling units, each with thermostated controls, on two floors of an administrative building. Connect fan coil units to a new HVAC system. Required capacity of the chilled/hot water fan coil units is 600 CFM using approx. 200 feet of 1 inch copper piping. Contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials and removal of old units, clean up and operational checks. Contractor will have 45 days to complete the project from date of contract award.
