- PR No: LTC0225900291; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN (6340-01-359-3208) for a Detector, Ice. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The approved sources are Lockheed Martin Corp.(Cage 81755) and DNE Technologies, Inc.(Cage 96238). The award will be for a base year and four option years. The Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) equals 275 for the base year and 275 for any option years. The required delivery is 210 days ARO. The FOB Point is origin and the Inspection/Acceptance is destination. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is November 27, 2002, anticipated award date is April 30, 2003. Reference notes 23 and 26.
