- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization; Information Systems Services Branch (AQSS32), Scott AFB, Il intends to issue a sole source purchase order to CellExchange, Inc; 251 Albany Street; Cambridge, MA 02139 for the acquisition of instruction on the Cambridge Executive Enterprise (CEE) process for business/enterprise problem solving and rapid application and business development, hands-on training, and a prototype application. Currently, CellExchange is the only known source to offer this unique platform for the Cambridge Executive Enterprise (CEE) process. Companies who can provide this service must indicate their interest by 2:00 pm CDT on 15 November 2002. Oral communications are not acceptable.
