- NA The Defense Threat Reduction Agency, 6801 Telegraph Road, Alexandria, VA 22310-3398, has a requirement to provide a field-hardended integrated video system which will do the following: (1) be integrated into the Advanced Concept Technology Demonstration (ACTD)'s instrumentation plan; (2) Provide high level desicision-makers and spectators with a real-time view of tactical operations as they occur and; (3) record all major exercise events and create a visual record to assess the overall military utility of the technologies and associated tactics, techniques and procedures employed during the final demonstration. The integrated video system will employ off-the-shelf technologies. It will be compact, modular, environmentally sealed, shock resistant, and low -light and night capable.
