- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to provide continued warranty, maintenance and technical support for USARC?s existing VirtuOS hardware/software platform. The work performed under this contract may include any or all of the following specific tasks: Hardware Maintenance and Repair; Software Upgrade and Usage; Technical Support; and Preventive Maintenance, on the VirtuOS hardware/software platform. This task is for USARC DCSLOG EQUIPMENT DIVISION, Fort McPherson, Georgia and will be awarded for one base year with 3 option years. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being prepared in accordance with the procedures and format of FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 4TEO21037300 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) under ITSS at https://it-solutions.gsa.gov/. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-26. This requirement is not being set-aside. The deliverable due date is 30 days ARO. Delivery will be made to Major Denise Butler, USAR Command, Fort McPherson, GA 30330-1062. The following clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors?Commercial; 52.212-2 Evaluation ? Commercial Items, award will be made to the offeror who best meets the technical requirements at the lowest price; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders (a); (b) 0(1), (3), (6), (7), (8), (9), (10), (16).
