- The following are questions received in response to Solicitation #CC-03-HQ-Q-0002 for Library Services: 1.) SF 1449, block 10 The NAICS code is specified as 811420, the applicable code would be 514120 (Libraries and Archives) 2.) Section C, 11.0 Period of Performance ?The base period of performance of this PWS is 12 months from date of contract award?.? The base year is January 1, 2003 through September 30, 2003. 3.) Section L, Past experience Second paragraph indicates, ?the Offeror shall submit a total of 3 resumes of its key personnel?? Please submit the number of resumes that you will use to fill the positions of the key personnel. E.g. If you will fill the position(s) with (5) five individuals, please submit (5) five resumes. If you will fill the position(s) with (2) two individuals, please submit (2) two resumes. 4.) Attachment 2. Conditional access to sensitive but unclassified information non-disclosure agreement. We require that all key personnel or individuals having access to OCC facilities and information complete and sign this form. The completion and signature of this form is not required at this time.
