- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing has a requirement for personnel management services per the attached performance work statement entitled, RFQ82SOW. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The request for quotation number is RFQ-03-0082. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-09. This requirement is a 100 percent small business set-aside under NAICS 561320; the size standard is $11.5 million. Interested parties need to read the attached files entitled, RFQ82SOW, Clauses-Commercial Services, Proposal Format and Evaluation-RFQ, and SF1449-RFQ. Quoters must provide a completed SF1449 and the certifications per FAR 52.212-3. Performance shall be in Washington, DC and Fort Worth, Texas. Quotations are due by 2 pm, Wednesday, November 20th. If hand-carried, proposals must be delivered at the BEP employee entrance at 13th and C Sts, SW, Washington, DC 20228. Couriers must be instructed to call extension 43255 upon arrival at the BEP and to wait with the package until it is picked up; the procurement office will not be responsible for packages dropped off with the police officers or otherwise unattended. Due to this, a response by e-mail to george.robertson@bep.treas.gov is encouraged. Document files should be in MS Word format; spreadsheet files should be in MS Excel format. Telephonic requests for copies of the solicitation, and telephonic quotations, will not be accepted.
