- In accordance with FAR Part 12.6, the Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB), Albany, Georgia, intends to award a commercial acquisition contract for cellular phone service for approximately 125 customers at MCLB Albany. The award will be made on a ?Best Value? basis. The contract will have a base year period of performance of 10 December 2002 through 9 December 2003, with two option years. Contractors must be able to provide local, southeastern U.S. and nationwide cell phone connectivity for MCLB Albany, GA.
