- Description
- This is a request for vendors interested in supporting the ATMs aboard Navy Ships. The ATMs-at-Sea system is a self-contained automated pay delivery system on board Navy ships that furnishes Sailors and Marines in deployed units, secure storage of their personal funds and ensures them ready access to these funds 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. About 144 Navy ships have ATM-at-Sea systems installed. The Government requirement is to contract for software and hardware maintenance only for these government-owned ATMs systems. Hardware and software support will be required on site in selected locations in the United States and in selected overseas locations worldwide. It is the Government's intention to negotiate a sole source FFP contract with NCR. However, if your firm is interested in this support, please contact one of the officials cited above for additional information. It is anticipated that award will be made in the second quarter of Government Fiscal Year (GFY) 2003.
