- Provide labor, materials, supplies and equipment to provide portable toilet services to New River Gorge National River, and Gauley River National Recreation Area. The parks are located in a 4-county area. Some sites are remote. The NAICS code for this procurement is 562991. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) as well as any issued amendments will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov website on or about November 21, 2002. TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. It is anticipated that the Government will award a firm fixed price contract on price and other factors such as past performance.
