- NA Supply 59 steel trash rack sections: 23 have the following dimensions: 12 feet 6 inches in height, 24 feet 11 inches in width, face to face of guide bars, and 2 feet 3 1/2 inches in depth. 36 have the following dimensions: 11 feet 6 inches in height, 18 feet 4 inches in width, face to face of rubbing bars, and 1 foot 2 1/2 inches in depth. Work consists of fabricating and painting trash racks. Deliver FOB destination to Dardanelle Marine Terminal, Russellville, Arkansas. Contractors MUST possess AISC ( Conventional Steel Buildings) certification or be AWS (Certified Welding Fabricator Program) certified; copy of certification must be submitted with bid. This is a supply only; installation will be performed by others. Numbered Note 1 applies. The NAICS code is 332312 with a size standard of 500 employees. Solicitation will be posted on the Little Rock Contracting Division website at https://ebs.swl.usace.army.mil on the issue date. Vendors are requested to register at the same website. The solicitati on will not be available in paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when determined to be in the Government's best interest. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submi ttal, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittal of offer will not be allowed. Solicitation will be available on or about December 6, 2002. Bids will be due on or about January 6, 2003.
