PRON: AX3Q0005AX, NSN: 3040-01-164-8436, PN: 406-040-517(-101), Quantity: 16 each, applicable to the OH-58 D. F.O.B. Orgin with deliveries of 16 each going to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required Delivery Schedule with First Article Testing is 16 ea ch, 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required Delivery Schedule without First Article Testing is 16 each, 240 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required Delivery Schedule with Alternate II is 16 each, 300 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., 600 E. Hurst Blvd., Hurst, TX 76053. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part.
