- NA The Directorate of Contracting at Fort Bliss, Texas intends to award this requirement to Lockheed Martin Information Systems, 4000 South Memorial Parkway, Huntsville, AL 35802 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Purchase order will be for 100 each Swedish WH IP (weight, hit indication, and planning), General Purpose Target Mechanism (GPTM), P/N 15704351(batteries included), Battery Charger NTX-7 200 each, 2 each Range Control Unit (RCU) P/N 15704253 for non-developmental item target training systems for the U .S. Army, Fort Bliss, Texas. If a vendor feels that it can provide these targets to the U.S. Army at Fort Bliss, TX. at a competitive price, they must submit a Statement of Capability and a cost estimate by 15 November 2002 at 10:00 a.m. This is not a request for proposals and is for informational purposes only. There will be no solicitation issued. Faxes will not be accepted.
